View From the Lobby

Every week I look forward to some new insights and lessons from the lobby of the ice-rink. This past weekend, I was advised that lumpy jelly ruins a sandwich. I didn't think I'd ever find myself whisking a jar of grape jelly (with a fork for 20+ minutes) to make it as smooth as syrup but in doing so, I learned that jelly spreads more quickly and evenly that way. I got 5 stars for the non-lumpy PB&J sandwiches from Larry who packed some left-overs for his grandma to judge. I hope she approved. (Calling all sandwich makers!! We need you!)
