Celebrating over two decades of #BridgingTheGap through hockey as a family since 2003, we are excited to embark on the journey of the next 20 years through the 2025-26 season. Our program has garnered recognition from various esteemed sources, including local news, the Baltimore Sun, the Baltimore Banner, the Baltimore Ravens, the Washington Capitals, the New York Times, the National Hockey League (NHL), and more! A heartfelt thank you to every sponsor, donor, and supporter for their invaluable contributions in bridging the gap for our players.

We will continue to use hockey as a vehicle and lasting relationships to create cycles of success in marginalized youth in Baltimore.

The Transition to Adulthood efforts involve not just individual programs like Bridge to Independence and Bridge to Entrepreneurship, but our efforts are woven into the sports program, and into the individual kids’ long-term relationship with the coach-mentors they have connected with.

Bridge to Entreprenuership
We assist individuals in launching their own small businesses, pursuing entrepreneurial endeavors, or establishing themselves as independent tradespeople. While some may opt for an apprenticeship, others choose a personalized approach, supported with financial aid from The Tender Bridge.
